It has introduced transformative change into her life, facilitating tough battles in some of the most difficult times of her life. After all, to sit with yourself, with solitude as your only company, raises your vibration. As you move past the noise of the surroundings, immersing yourself further, meditation realigns your focus, helping you feel grounded.
